There are many components to the Lake Malbena issue. We have prepared a background and summary to describe how how we got to a hearing in the Resource Management and Planning Appeal Tribunal and subsequently an appeal to the Supreme Court. This is not just an appeal about a tourism development in a Tasmanian national park. We anticipate that the outcome will set a national precedent.
